Mediterranean flair, summery fragrances and an extra helping of style – Dolce & Gabbana brought the Italian lifestyle to Hamburg from 25 to 28 June as part of the Light Blue Summer Tour 2025. To mark the 25th anniversary of the “Light Blue” range of fragrances, a pop-up truck designed like a 3D postcard of the island of Capri transformed the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier into a homage to the famous picturesque Italian island. The installation celebrated the iconic series of fragrances and brought the atmosphere of Capri to the North German city.

Blue and white, with sunshine

Capri’s world-famous blue and a radiant white dominated Überseeplatz square, creating a charming atmosphere that conjured up the vibe of the Mediterranean right there in Hamburg. In addition to the classic “Light Blue”, the new edition “Light Blue Capri in Love” took centre stage, radiating summery lightness with its citrus-fresh character. Perfectly coordinated refreshments such as lemon ice cream provided a pleasant break between shopping and lively table tennis matches at the truck, increasing the fun factor. Awaiting the many curious visitors were exclusive services such as personal fragrance consultations and an express make-up service.

A summer experience that lingers long

The pop-up truck became a place where fragrance fans could enjoy “la dolce vita” to the full, with many taking home exclusive Blue Mediterraneo goodies such as summer hats or tote bags and, of course, the fragrances, and with one thing above all remaining: the feeling of having had a mini-break in Capri for just a few moments right in the middle of Hamburg. Dolce & Gabbana offered a varied and elegant brand experience harmoniously combining aesthetics, fragrance and Mediterranean joie de vivre, transforming a pop-up truck into a mini-break for the senses – all in the spirit of “Light Blue”.
